About us

The Broadcasters & Sportscasters Mentoring Group is a mentor/apprentice radio broadcasting training school. On air broadcasters train students inside local radio stations nationwide, utilizing BSMG's state-of-the-art proprietary training curriculum.

Originally designed for retiring NFL players and other professional athletes transitioning into broadcasting upon retirement, BSMG is now making these state-of-the-art proprietary training materials available to aspiring broadcasters and podcasters worldwide.

All training materials, consisting primarily of video and audio, were specifically developed by premier talent coaches and senior-level broadcasting executives who do the hiring.

Started in 1998, BSMG is located in Calabasas, CA. We can be reached between 9 AM and 7 PM PST Monday through Friday, and between 10 AM and 4 PM Saturdays.
