These Terms of Service govern your use of OnAirTraining.com and any products purchased through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and Delivery

All products sold on OnAirTraining.com are digital products delivered through the Thinkific platform. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive a welcome email from Thinkific with login instructions. OnAirTraining.com is operated by Living Waters Enterprises LLC, the parent company of Broadcasters & Sportscasters Mentoring Group (BSMG), a California-based broadcasting education organization licensed by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), institution code 73713074.

Intellectual Property

All course content, video recordings, workbooks, and materials are the intellectual property of Living Waters Enterprises LLC and BSMG. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute any purchased content in any form. Purchased access is for individual personal use only.

Credit Toward Mentored Enrollment

Purchases made on OnAirTraining.com may qualify for credit toward a mentored BSMG program enrollment. Credit availability, terms, and expiration are subject to current program conditions and must be confirmed directly with Michael Madden at mm@broadcastingschool.com before enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

OnAirTraining.com and Living Waters Enterprises LLC make no guarantees of specific career outcomes, employment, or income as a result of completing any purchased course. Career outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
